  • Gold-certified test sieves also come in 8-inch diameter sieves but encompass a mesh count range from USA No. 20 to 500.
  • Master test sieves, essentially standard test sieves, can be obtained with the same specifications as typical daily use sieves.
  • The primary differences between matched, master, and gold test sieves revolve around mesh precision and size range.

In terms of accuracy, matched test sieves must deliver results within +/- 2.5% of those obtained using the sieve provider's master test sieves. Gold-certified test sieves must maintain an average mesh opening within a 50% tolerance of in dustry-defined mesh sizes.
